customer discussion
Whether in the upstream phases of responding to customer requests or during launch reviews, Techvar makes sure to take the time needed to fully understand the environment and needs of the project the customer wants to entrust us with. This phase ensures that our aim is the right one, so that we can provide a coherent solution to the customer’s needs.

Mechanical Design
Our Engineering Department designs all the mechanical components and sub-assemblies required for our projects. From enclosures to custom-built racks and ruggedized console chassis, every component is designed to meet the most stringent requirements in terms of robustness and functionality. To achieve this, we rely on state-of-the-art design tools, notably SOLIDWORKS, to guarantee optimized designs perfectly adapted to our needs.
Electronic Design
We design and develop our own printed circuit boards (PCBs), controlling every stage of the process from design to manufacture. This approach ensures optimum quality, flexibility in innovation and perfect adaptation to the specific needs of our projects.

Software development
This stage involves designing and programming the interfaces, algorithms and functionalities that enable mechatronic systems to function. The software is tailor-made to interact with the electronic components and meet the customer's specific needs, while ensuring reliability, performance and safety.

Component manufacturing
Based on the design studies carried out, Techvar has these components manufactured by specialized partner companies. These components are then checked to ensure that their integration into a complete system will be straightforward, and that the complete system will meet all the defined requirements.
Integration / Wiring
Integration and wiring is an essential step in the integration of mechatronic systems. It ensures the physical and functional connection between the various electronic, electrical and mechanical components. At TechVar, this phase is carried out with the utmost precision to guarantee the reliability, safety and performance of the modules we develop. Each cable is rigorously laid, tested and organized according to strict standards, to ensure optimal, long-lasting system operation.

Test/ Focus
The testing and fine-tuning phase ensures that the systems developed function properly. At Techvar, each module undergoes a series of rigorous functional checks to ensure that the system is working properly. Fine-tuning adjustments are made at this stage to ensure that the system functions as expected and gives full satisfaction. This process guarantees the reliability, stability and conformity of mechatronic solutions prior to commissioning or final integration.
Technical documentation
Technical documentation is a key stage in every TechVar project. It brings together all the information needed to understand, use and maintain the mechatronic systems we develop. Accurately drafted, it ensures complete traceability of the project and makes it easier for customers or operating teams to get to grips with it, while guaranteeing compliance with current standards.

MCO / Repairs
Right from the design stage, Techvar takes into consideration MCO (Maintien en Condition Opérationnelle) or MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) issues, by choosing components with the longest possible service life and integrating maintainability concerns for this equipment. Techvar ensures continuity with its customers' maintenance teams, whether by supplying the specific component or providing troubleshooting assistance. Techvar performs after-sales service when necessary, and can also intervene on systems that are not of its own design/manufacture, to increase the service life of said equipment.
Retrofit / retro-engineering
Retrofit and retroengineering enable TechVar to give new life to existing systems by modernizing them and/or enhancing and optimizing their functionality. Thanks to Techvar, customers can adapt old equipment to current standards, improve its performance or reproduce critical components without the need for initial documentation. It's a strategic solution for extending system lifetimes while keeping costs under control.
